Well you got it by accident and it's all my fault since you couldn't tell I'm from Texas. To be fair, i kind of cheated, all of #3 is true except it was Football, not Lacrosse.
I was gonna guess #2. Totally believable. Ever hear of the Pep Boys? It was supposed to be Mannie Moe Jack & Sam My Great-grandmother wouldn't lend my grandfather the $100 to go in with them. Sigh.
1. You're too depressed to be in a fulfilling relationship, methinks. Unless... it's unrequited? Hmm. Still 1 though.
damn. ok. 1. my grandmother had a government job 2. my father has a manual labor job 3. my mother has no job
Number two, you know how to swim is my guess. Here's my two truths and a lie. 1. I drove from Alabama to MN and back one summer five years ago - travelling alone. 2. I gave Reba McIntyre change for a dollar and she gave me two tickets to her show but I had to give them away because I had to work. 3. I saw LeBron James play basketball when he was still in high school.
I once accidentally ate some fly eggs. I am the only person to catch a Sea Lamprey on a rod and line. There's no other record of this (in the UK anyway). I love reading stories written in the present tense.
I'd say you once accidentally ate some fly eggs. My tupp'orth I used to do break dancing. I have flown UK to Australia, and back, in less than three days. I love rap music.
@Scot You're right But I read the question wrongly and posted two truths and one lie by mistake. The other truth being I caught the Lamprey I literally cannot read present tense lol ...moving on
I thought I'd reply to this but I have so many wacky experiences which are actually true that I have a hard time coming up with lies
Ooh, I like this game. Hm...you used to break dance? Mine: I have two cats and a turtle. I attended four different high schools in four years. I broke my leg in three places when I was 12.
Wrong! It was the second. Glasgow-Dubai-Brisbane-Chinchilla-Brisbane-Hong Kong-Glasgow in less than 72 hours. You? Broke your leg in three places. (I wouldn't go back to any of these places if I were you.)
This thread is very confusing to read in one sitting. I am so overwhelmed with trying to make sense of this that I cannot bring myself to participate. I no longer know what rings true.
How droll. Actually, I've never broken a bone, much less had multiple fractures. But I did switch schools a lot, including four high schools in four years.
