Congratulations! I have yet to hit the 8 word mark, so you're quite the long-haul ahead of me. If you want reviews or anything, I'm always eager to read new stuff. What genre is it?

Thank you guys... Its a fantasy. Its just gettin exciting, but i cant type fast enough to get all my thoughts down at once hehe!

The basics are; Teenage girl (Alysa) wants to find the father she's never met. She looses her sister due to a kipnap by her undiscovered half brother, Im just working up to her trying to get her sister (Sammy) back. Meanwhile she find out she has magical roots from more than one magical being (witch and undead). That is JUST the basics, there is pleanty more to chew.

Im aiming to publish so I wont let too much slip :)

    Thanks again guys :)

Congrats on your great accomplishment! :) I know exactly how you're feeling (besides the part about reaching 80k). I began on yet another novel last night and after I wrote about 1-2k words, I felt very happy and accomplished. I wasn't sure if it was because of the fact that it has been my best story idea yet, or that I feel extremely confident about finishing it.

Way to go! Keep it up! and, Happy writing!!!

^ Rep points add to the little green squares below your post count. For each 100 points you get, you get an extra dark green square (or 200 points once you get to the light green squares). You give someone rep points to say congratulations, or if they help you, or just post something that makes you think "Hell Yeah!" Your rep-giving power varies on how many posts you have. You can give one point if you have 10-200 posts, two points with 200-400 posts, and etc for each 200. It's the justice scales next to the report button.

As for what you said so far, it sounds interesting. Let us know when it's published. I'll support you by purchasing a copy. I did a lot of research and found out how hard it is to get noticed. It's like trying to get your name in the music industry, or just getting traffic to a web site. So yuh.

I don't think writing 80k of fiction is an easy way to please yourself. Well done! :)
