Non-published writer. Have sent several short stories to science fiction magazines such as Asimov; all have been turned away. Discovered that writing style was closer to space opera or science fantasy rather than science fiction. Not into cyberpunk, or a lot of the "social" science fiction that seems in vogue in a lot of science fiction magazines. Hopefully this site can help get published, first short stories, and then novels. Note: you'll see sort of odd grammar and writing in posts (such as this one). This is not in the stories written. People have quirks. This is one of them.
