We had snow a few days ago, just a short distance north of me. Yesterday the temperature broke 90F, with igh humidity.

We have a saying in Massachusetts. "If you don't like the weather, wait a minute."

The past two days, the weather app on my phone had described our weather as "dreary." It was like 60 degrees out and crazy windy...not exactly May weather in Arizona.

Today, it's in the 80s. That's more like it.

Nice to see the tavern back. It has been warm here. We have actually been running the air-conditioner.

Jar Jar deserves no mercy. He is one of those characters that I would love to see get sucked out of an airlock. Maybe I could even press the button for cargo bay doors. =]

Am I the only dude here that actually didn't MIND Jar-Jar? Mind you I was ten when I first saw the film.

I wish i could go back in time and prevent such crap from existing.

Pointless, annoying piece of CGI/Audio that he was.

I need to go on wiki and see who did his voice. Makes Chris Tucker voise lovable and the best ever.

    Ahmed Best.

And Link, rewatch it now. I'm sure your opinion will be different. Episode I is so much worse than I remembered. Makes the other two prequels look great in comparison.

Thanks. I just did i search myself. Pretty much all he is limited too it appears.

As much as i hate Jar Jar, i actually liked Phantom Menace much more than the second prequel. The whole second movie felt like the biggest peice of filler ever. F`ing hated it.

Thank god for the originals. Not good, but great.

I won't be a hater. At least it had Natalie Portman in it.

Even if she was an evil dictator, I'd march into hell for her.

Edit - Hope you're well Jon!

Edit - No, not in SW, just in general. Whatever she did, I'd follow that beautiful women.

Hey, Jon! :) I like your avvie.

And I actually liked Revenge of the Sith better than the first two. :/

EDIT: I didn't mind Jake Lloyd and Jar-Jar. Jake Lloyd especially since he did what Lucas told him to do. I don't understand why everyone hated the kid when the first movie came out. Blame Lucas for the crappy lines, not him.

Ah, we're abusing the Prequel Trilogy? Excellent. Have to agree that ROTS was the best of the three, and it if it wasn't a Star Wars film I reckon people would have thought it even better than it is thought of as being, but unfortunately it has the best trilogy in film history to live up to, and will always be judged against that. Especially The Empire Strikes Back, which happens to be my favourite film ever.

And wholeheartedly agree about Natalie Portman. My dream woman. Apart from maybe Summer Glau (if she wasn't in River Tam mode).

    I don't like Natalie Portman. :D

(that would be mostly about her none-existing acting skills)

    "Anakin, you're breaking my heart!"

Me: "Oh, shut up, woman!"

    *coughs*

^ Lol, she does suck ever so slightly. I liked her in Leon though. Or The Professional I think it's called in the US?

The Empire Strikes Back is my favourite. And Ms Portman is a bit crap at acting.

(I'm almost finished with Episode III. Huzzah! Almost onto the good films)

Didn't mind Golden state., and Leon

But welcome to movies of the past 20 years. Why act when you can have the world dominated by pathetic CGI, and popcorn flicks for the masses.

Can hardly name any women that exists these days that can act. (there are a few, but talk about a dying breed).

LOL, yeah. She didn't exactly act like a wife who just found out her hubby was now pure evil. More like an exasperated wife who was at the end of her tolerance of her hubby's antics.

I mean, you can take her acting and apply it to this scenario and it'd still fit:
"Anakin, you're making me upset with your bodily jokes in front of my friends! You're embarrassing me!"

I've just realised that Bail Organa is played by the same guy as Miguel in season 3 of Dexter!
