Finally! Someone that likes Final Fantasy 8 besides me! While it isn't my favorite game ever (that would be Suikoden II). It is definitely by leaps and bounds my favorite Final Fantasy game.

Well, I enjoy the primitive, dirty and rotten (if for their time, forward thinking) sounds of early Celtic Frost along with their warrior-mysticist lyricism so that explains the usage of the legendary Morbid Tales EP as my avatar. And the name? Well, I was originally going withS tillbirth Machine which I've used on another forum but figured I should try something new. I'd been listening to Purtenance lately, in particular the 2011 reissue and remaster of their cult classic album (also their only one) Member Of Immortal Damnation. Although not a part of the actual album, the song ]Inside The Crematory instantly grabbed in the way most crust and grime encrusted filth-worship from the late 80's and early 90's does. The "screams from" part was inspired by a great Encyclopaedia Metallum reviewer by the name of Gutterscream who used to work for a metal-mag by the name of Screams From The Gutter. Skandar Keynes is the boy in my picture. He's quite similar to me, one of his middle names is Amin (my name) and he plays a medieval type knight/Prince which is something I've always fantasised about. Also, I love the Chronicles of Narnia. So it seemed quite fitting.

seije- one of my favorite characters to write for, a sarcastic know-it-all with hidden kindness and pure motives. my avatar is a picture of me, holding up a 'pixel' drawing i made on graph paper. I chose it because my love for writing and drawing came from my childhood dream to make video games, and i still to this day have a love for those classic games and the pixelated art-style of the old NES and SNES sprites.
