Maybe we're all writing psychos, lol. My main character hardly has any guilt about anything ... During her teenage years she is happy to hurt animals for fun. She does freak out if people are getting killed around her, but that's just because she gets scared. Even that passes as she becomes used to violence and even begins to enjoy it. My main character gets *extremely* attached to specific people though. In a world where she sees everyone as being at war with each other, staying true to the few people you love and trust means everything. Breaking a promise to a loved one would make her feel very guilty. What kind of music does your MC like to listen to?

Rat: My rival would be more violent that me. She would kill faster, probably without regreting it so much. She would probably be better at feeling for enemies, but I don't know what's better than all of them, all at once. She would be able to tell who the civilians are. They don't trust us anymore. I made too many mistakes. She would probably know how to fight the urges I feel. I shouldn't have killed that causality, but the scratching was so loud in that moment. He was probably going to die, but I don't know. She's my rival because if she's better than me, then I'm the wrong version. They'll use her and not me. Well the way things are going, it is looking like Marckus and Corlixia are working on becoming an item. They have a mutual respect for one another, and Corlixia has expressed her feelings for Marckus physically by kissing him (also saving his life). Nothing says romance like an ex-torturess turned war-frame pilot/medic, and a hardened high ranking officer with a dry sense of humor. Not sure if they would marry or not, have not made it that far yet. Though I am sure they will work out some sort of arrangement. But I am betting Corlixia is a freak in the sheets. It sounds like it would be a place of learning, but how efficient is it? I can't remember the last I was in my teen years that was centuries ago. Well might as well try to find somewhere to go and something to do. Sure hope this old ship on this dead planet still has some life left in it. I always wanted to see the stars and study new species. The one I called father always said I should broaden my horizons and learn everything I can. At least I think that is what he said to me, my memory is still a bit hazy. No matter, I have a universe to go out and discover and a long time with which to do it in. My only gripe the coffee pot is out of service, and I don't know how to fix it. It means if they are from the future they go back to medieval times, and if they are from the medieval times then they go to the future. Does that help any?
