What's a big no-no when it comes to writing?

    I've only read one, don't remember the title, but it was the one where the (spoiler) gay Navy SEAL got killed, and if Reacher didn't find out who did it, the rest of the dead man's team was going to hunt him down. IIRC, the Hummer was parked outside of a hotel, across from a strip club...

    Maybe, it's been a long time, that just stuck with me, and I'm not trying to put the Reacher books down.

    Only because it takes up so much space in the bookshelf. It's 2016, fer fukssake, self publish on Kindle!
