    I need some recommendations please

I am pretty much out of books to read. I have to say I slaughter books.

I generally like most genres. What I don't like is Sci-Fi books resolving around space.
I enjoy books that are a bit more fantasy, either in modern times or not. I love Historical novels and post-apocalyptic ones. I am not a big fan of books such as Gossip Girl, I find them quite dull.

I like emotional stories, things that draw you right in.
    Please recommend me.

The Woodwitch by Stephen Gregory. Failing that, Blood of Angels by the same author.

    Dark, weird and utterly engrossing.

It has elements of science fiction and drama. It is a really good book and i highly recommend it.

The Night Watch by Sergei Lukyanenko.

You may have heard of the film, but the book is much more in depth and better in my opinion.

Repossessed by AM Jenkins. About a demon who escapes Hell to live on Earth by possessing the life of a slacker teen. A very hilarious, highly-amusing novel somewhere between Young Adult and Adult fiction. Highly recommended.

The Ocean Inside by Janna McMahan. Exploits the chaos behind a civilized middle class family when a daughter becomes plagued by cancer. Probably better for girls.
** if you wanted a more emotional book, go for this one. The other's more of a comedy and very original, out-there.
    Hope I helped.
