Lindsey Lee Wells from "An Abundance of Katherines" or Alaska Young from "Looking for Alaska" ...both of which are John Green creations. I admit, I have a thing for the people his MCs fall in love with. Ahhh. teenage years. good times.
Harry Driscoll from The Frog King. He could cannonball me anytime XD (its not as dirty as it sounds! go read the book! uber-romantic!!)
It's a toss up between Senator Padme Amidala and Captain Kara 'Starbuck' Thrace. If push came to shove, I'd probably plump for Starbuck. That's mostly because I wouldn't fancy myself in a fight with an angry Anakin Skywalker, but partly because for some reason I always find myself attracted to the tortured souls of the world. Maybe I subconsciously believe I can fix them, or something.
Snape, for when I was in a masochistic mood and wanted a byronic hero. Mr. Knightley (from Jane Austen's Emma), for when I wanted to make my parents happy by bringing home a completely virtuous man. And finally, Captain Wentworth (from Jane Austen's Persuasion), for when I wanted a complex man who could be jealous and petty, but also was loyal and could write the best love letter, and was extremely clever, charming, and self-motivated.
You know, I might have to agree with you on that one. They're very well written characters who are made to be likable and fun to read.
You remind me of the babe. Haha absolutely LOVE that movie. I want a Jareth costume!!! I was, like, "not another one!" I'd have to second the Allison from Yes Man. More likely due to the fact that I can't think for myself right now! Although, Ginny Weasly always seemed very cute in the books, but she doesn't really do it for me in the movie. And the winner would have to be Ce'Nedra from the Belgariad. Small package, cute, and fiesty. What more could you want?
I think I have the opposite problem with Luna Lovegood. becuase Evanna Lynch (in my opinion) is a very attractive girl. But I have a thing for Irish girls.
