I hope popularity isn't directly proportional to how much whiskey you bring to the party.

No, other people's popularity with me would be directly proportionate to how much whiskey I drank.

Are y'all carding people at this shindig? If so, @Duchess-Yukine-Suoh needs a fake i.d.

I can get her a backstage pass so we can sneak her in the backdoor, but someone needs to make sure she doesn't have anything stronger than root beer. :D

I'd grab a beer with most members here, some more that other of course, but that's how it usually works. As long as it's not a Peroni, my dear @Lemex, it's one of the worse beers I've ever tasted, and I live in the Kingdom of Peroni:).

I'd trade one hundred days of Peroni for fifteen minutes of one your your fine Ales.

Popularity, or just activity, I wonder... Most people who've been brought up here are the ones I recognise as the most active posters and readers on the forum, so naturally people know them the best. ;)

@Duchess-Yukine-Suoh has been pretty much brought up here :D ('cause you know, she's a kid and been here for a pretty long time and... I probably shouldn't explain my jokes.)

Anyway, I'll probably drink Guinness. Can't help it, it's my go-to beer.

You mean to say there are people who don't like Peroni?

Ales are nice, I like them dark - and they are best when they are 'the local drink', but honestly, give me a cool beer like Stella Artois, Peroni, Moretti, Mythos or Super Bock after a day at work. Actually, of those named, Mythos is my favourite; the only reason I didn't name it is it's so hard to get here in the UK.

I actually sometimes get confused when people call me by my real name instead of Duchess.

I always find it a bit weird but totally awesome when people use my real name, but it's rare on this forum.

You never told me outright, but you posted a link to a magazine that you had written a story in, and that had your real name in it.

What is this "Peroni" you people speak of? I just looked this up on beermenus.com, and the closest place that sells Peroni is 84 miles away. :(

well, id like to drink with all of you, be warned, i only drink Scandinavian fruit ciders (erm, just so happens that the fruit ciders i like are from there, nothing more) and i always want to sleep after like, 2, so no dancing on table for me, although a rendition of "Blunt The Knives" from the hobbit wouldnt go amiss with me!

Isn't the legal drinking age in some European countries 18 (it's probably 12 in Russia :p)? I know it's 18 in some parts of Canada.
