Yeah, that's a pretty good song. I like those sort of vocals. You might like this song. Similar style, but a bit older.

    Anyway, my favs for 2008:

Apply Some Pressure - Mark Ronson ft. Paul Smith
    Cologne Cerrone Houdini - Goldfrapp
Tiger Phone Card - Dengue Fever
    You Said - Chikinki
Your Arms Around Me - Jens Lekman
San Bernadino - The Mountain Goats

Songs that have grown on me:

Keep the Car Running - Arcade Fire
    Walnut Tree - Keane
Dart For My Sweetheart - Archie Bronson Outfit
Run Rabbit Run - The Hoosiers

I haven't been blown away by an album yet.

I'm really excited for R.E.M.'s new album, which comes out on Tuesday. I really hope it's better than their last one, as that was the weakest of their library in my book.

    It's before 2008, but late 2007: http://youtube.com/watch?v=yU_JyGBDeIc

Puddle of Mudd is one of the few modern bands/groups that I enjoy.

Last night I had the chance to listen to a new album by The Raconteurs, and it's one of the best new records I've heard in a long time. I've always been a fan of the way that Jack White sings and plays guitar, so I found myself really enjoying it. Anyone who likes The White Stripes should do themselves a favor and check this bad boy out. The album is called Consolers of the Lonely, and it came out on March 25.

I've only heard one album of this year :D Got too much good stuff from the past, but the best song on that album is this.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h7IYd76mSng - bit of a metal head ;)

I love Avril's albums...especially Besides. Jojo's Too little too late, Sandy's I wish I was a Punk rocker, well they've grown on me. Miley Cyrus's Hannah Montana songs.......This is the Life, Just Like you, If we were a movie are favorites and I've fallen in love with Hilary's Someone's watching over me. This was the easy stuff.......

I like Eminem, and the only song of his that I hate is 8 mile......love the movie though..Snoop's cool too, and Lil Mamma rocks. Sum41, Evanescense, Red Hot Chilli Pepper, Cradle of Filth, Cats in the Cradle, etc are cool too......the list's very long, but I'm damn sleepy and with a presentation, which seems to be endless in making, still left over, so it's p****** me off, and I can't remember anything. I'll come bak to this topic in tommorow. And yeah.......Natasha Bedeingfield's cool too, though I still can't get her surname right.

Rage are not metal. They are nu-metal, and that doesnt count as metal because it's trash. Although Rage aren't too bad. Possibly the only nu-metal act I can handle.

I don't normally go by Album, I just randomly get songs from my favorite artists.

Favorite artists - Ray Charles, B.B. King, Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole, Dean Martin, Ella Fitzgerald, Tony Bennett. Michael Buble... the list goes on.

My first encounter with these guys was What's Up People? on the Death Note anime. My socks, they were blown off.

Death Note did amaze me too. I watched it for the first time a couple of weeks ago and I was very impressed.
