I loved those jackets...I had pink one!!! Don't even get me started on that cube, I told you it couldn't be solved!!! LOL!!!
Ok, everyone, picture Michelle Phifer in a pink tube skirt, smacking away at her gum and sing the following... I need a COOOoooOOOOOOooOOOOOl rider! I wanna' COOOoooOOOOOOooOOOOOl rider! I wanna' rider that's Coooooooool. Sorry, I couldn't help myself!
I have to agree with Chimm, that is a phat ride. What year? And just to give everyone a heads up. Yes, I am a card carrying member of the Rainbow Nation, but, believe it or not, I'm also a grease monkey. My dad and I restored a: 1964 1/2 Mustang with a 260 V8 (we did do a custome exshaust. Pictures on request. She was Soooooo pretty!) & a... 1969 Camaro, all tricked out with a crate engine, Edelbrock everything and a Holey double pumper.
Oh yeah, you oughta see the Torana I got in my driveway . I tell you though, some of the mint condition ones have sold for as much as $700,000
Wouldn't love ya any other way baby!!! ~ I have wanted a Mustang just like that for sooooo long...that is my dream car!!! You Rock Wrey!!!
I'm diggin' the old-school Monaros. I just did a Google search myself. I like that longer, beefyer look.
And I'm gonna' tell you right now.... what a dude magnet that car was! All the "frat" boys had to come up and talk to me when I parked that pretty little girl in the UF parking lot.... ah....those were the days.
hmmmm..frat boys huh...yeah, we need to chat some time.....LOL Wrey...that car is soooo me!!! Oh, now I want it all over again with much enthusiasm!!...
Oh...that is sooo cool...so cool! I could say way too much...LOL!!...but, alas...I have to remember that this is a family friendly place...
Don't sweat it, babe! I feel the same way when I look at those pictures. The feeling of a raw, unadulterated, carburated, old-school, loud, obnoxious, throbbing, American V8 just cannot be duplicated by any of these new-school, Japanese "hot-rods." *it's a laugh to even call them that* They have no soul!!!!
