Wow this thread has gone from moral quandary, to squick, to minor argument, to comedy. I'm impressed.

ANYWAYS...let's help keep this thread on topic.

If you survived after eating a dead body, as a writer, would you write down the detailed description of how a human body tastes?

As a writer, yes. But I really don't want to know anymore.

I think it would be traumatizing because the person is dead and all and I would have to saw off pieces of the deceased body pieces to eat...and cook....but I still would be able to write about it because hell that would be a best seller for sure. I would make a positive out of a negative any day!

Well if I did end up eating human meat ...

Yes, I probably would publish what I thought it tasted like - if I can profit through satisfying someone elses morbid facination, then go me.

Well unless the planes still on fire my guess is there'll be no cooking involved you'll be gnawing into the flesh with your teeth not your saw. You'll really have to sink your teeth into the flesh also. Proberly best if you start around the thighs or bite of the nose for easy pickings. Unless of course you have a knife then you can hack slices off..............................What you thought eating another Human was going to be easy especially if your a survivor....

Its going to be pretty horrid to say the least.

I was just trying to eat a piece of pizza when I read that very *cringes* gruesome description. I would never do it. I would never eat a human being nor raw meat of any kind.

It is ain't really well done then it ain't worth eating!

Oh and I forgot you proberly wont have a saw and if its a plane crash chances are you wont have a knife. Hint look for some flint.

Also be careful for the dead person may just have HIV or even Aides. wouldn't that be a bumber you survive after eating another only to find your going to die from their illness.

Oh and as well as the nose the ears are also easy pickings. and the eyes balls. and lips. But remember when gnawing into the flesh with your bare teeth there will be blood everywhere.

Thats why you find the person with glasses, steal the glasses and use them to act as a magnifying glass to start a fire.
Burning kills most diseases. And if a plane crashed you don't have to find flint, just look for sharp peaces of debris that should be hanging around. Use the dead peoples clothes to wrap around your hand and you have cutting tool. Also because your using the dead persons clothes, they're not only sustenance but a useful resource as well.
    Its win win.

    Indeed it is Dom.
You'll make a good team mate if you survive the same plane crash as I. Don't worry you'll recognise me I'll be the one tucking in first.
