Tale of Cossacks and Men Entry #1 General Ideas

Categories:
  1. This is my first proper entry for a book I have wanted to write for a long time. This book will be about Cossaks and other Russians during the events from 1917 revolutions to the end of the Russian civil war.

It is important to figure out what I need to do. With holidays coming soon, I need to figure out a schedule to get writing in progress.

From 23 May to 1 July, I will do research via the following sources:
    Internet sources
    1917 book
    Last of the Tsars book
Russia history book (East to West)

Moreover, I need to do research on several pieces of Russian literature to identify the values shown through them, which I will in turn show as challenged by the events of 1917 onwards. These pieces of Russian literature will include:
    Fathers and Sons
    War and Peace
    The Cossacks novel
From Double-headed Eagle to the Red flag book
    Crime and Punishment

I might even want to buy some of these books and read them. EVERY day from now on, I will do a post on my blog here showing five important pieces of research I have gathered from these sources, beginning with the first list and then the second list. Accordingly, once I have done my part, I can begin to properly construct a story and characters around my research.

For now, I will focus on writing a book that covers the events of 1916-early 1917, from the battle of Kovel to the Feburary revolution. From there, I will prepare to write more books for feburary revolution to October revolution, October revolution to Denikins appointment etc.

Future writer, NEVER STOP. If we stay focused we can finish this thing in no time, and do it well. So long everyone. Hopefully, we will see an end product one way.
