A very good feeling!

This weekend I went to my montly writers meeting. I discovered that I can attend a critiquing group, which I am very excited about. I also recieved a partial of my chapter back for a book that I a currently writing with the bestcompliment that I could have ever recieved this early in the game.
She pretty much explained to me that she understood that I was pretty new but my writing was really super good for being new. It was like angles singing my praises!! Oh it felt so good!
This chapter has been revised and will be sent off in the mail for a contest...I'm keeping my fingers crossed, but I am also not getting my hopes up. I just hope that I will be getting a really good solid piece of critiquing knowledge from this.
They are wanting judges. I am willing to do that, but I am just not sure how to go about it...hmm.
So, there it is my feel good fuzzy moment!
