    Under-appreciated and misunderstood.
    I am the masses.
    Upon me is the brunt of the work and
    the joys of the simple life.

    Always responsible, but not always accountable.
    I am the son who goes to war.
    My bravery comes in waves.
    When it peaks I am resplendent.
    But if there are peaks, then it follows that there are troughs.
