Our first and second show

Well, it seems like I just keep getting busier and busier. As a result I've had less and less time to work on this site -for that I apologize. The past two weeks I've gone to Chicago, visited colleges, taken the SAT, and had our bands first show. One top of that, we've been practicing 2-4 times a week.

Our first show wasn't anything spectacular, but it wasn't bad either. It was at an event in which there was our music, refreshments, prizes, etc - as a result, we weren't the main event (which was probably good, considering it was our first show.) It was in a small room in the back, but we had about forty people in the room at a time.

We have our second show this Saturday in Mason City, Illinois. So if by some chance you'll be in the area, you should stop by.

We also have a myspace, which can be found at www.myspace.com/fightingtheodds . We have one of our songs up now. It doesn't have the greatest recording (we did it ourselves), but it isn't bad, I suppose.
