Sad for you

    Sorry, Shnette.

Keep on Writing, the first person who should love your material is you, the second is everyone else. :) . Ignore those who seek to put down and discourage. Listen to good criticism but always be wary of it as well.

"Weary" of it, or "Wary" of it? Both might work, but the connotations are vastly different.

@John-Wayne, thank you but I wasn't offended by that thread. It's quite comical actually, however extremely sad; the troll count seems to increase across the web no matter where you look.

I try to turn these "exercises" with trolls into a way that'll strengthen my debating and writing skills. I was drafting a comeback to the last question which would have blown back the ignorance of that particular post, but the discussion was already shut down by the time I logged in again. Damn!

Oh, that's cool. I feel cheated now. :( . Share your come back here. :) .

AS a spoiler, I'll tell you now it wouldn't have worked with those two, but I still want to hear it. maybe I can "barrow it" for future use.

:) Okay, better not waste a good effort.
The last question posed to me was why write more stagnant words on a page since I prefer images.

Summary of my comeback (with less sarcastic demeanour):
    1) for someone like you who reads so much I would think you could've read between the lines.
    2) theatre doesn't come together without scripts, movies are not made without screenplays and/or storyboards - maybe I have my own play to write
    3) I mentioned the last book I read in a day; in no way does that indicate I am not currently reading
    4) I read legal documents at work so maybe my eyes are too tired to read for leisure all the time
    5) maybe I prefer moving images because I get to go out in a social setting; reading causes me to be in solitude without interruptions

Those are the points I really wanted to say. But you still don't think that would have worked? Please share!

    Sweet, enjoyed the read.

    1. LOL,

    2. Oh sweet, I feel bad that I didn't think of scripts. Considering I mention something about enjoying TV, Movies and Video Games and VG Lore. I guess it comes from being a Novel and short story writer. :p . Not that Scripts couldn't be an option.

    3. Good Point

    4. Gotcha, I can understand not wanting to read when you get home if that is what you do all day long.

    5. That's a good point, I"m not a very social person, but I still prefer to ready pretty much my own stuff, as I mentioned in the thread.

As for the individual in question, erh, I have her on Ignore for a reason. LOL. and I am pretty sure it wouldn't have worked with her.
