I heard that the entire thing was a disaster.
From the few times I watched any of those pop singers, and MTV I gotta say they deserved it. Because they have no one to blame but themselves.

I was a big fan of the Backstreet Boys way back when, and I hated N*Sync. Backstreet Boys were totally better.

Honestly, I feel bad for Britney Spears. She was America's sweetheart for a few years, and now that wave is breaking, and she doesn't know what to do. She's a pretty girl, and no matter how people make fun of her, she is talented. The media wolves just sit around waiting for her to make the slightest slip-up so that they can tear her apart on the E! channel. There's no way she can redeem herself now.

I'm sorry, but she needed a bigger bucket for her posterior. That was just not attractive, and someone should have clued her in (or she should have listened!) before she trotted out on stage. Also, laying off the pre-performance Margarita(s?) would have been smart.

Freshmaker, I to at one time kind of defended Spears. When the media was saying she was a bad mother for some ludicrously small things.
But the whole getting partying like a moron, going insane and things like that. Yeah she doesn't deserve any pitty.

I watched the video of her performing, and I didn't see a whole lot wrong with it, other than she looked pretty unenthusiastic about the whole thing.

I don't know, seems to me like everyone's making too big a deal about it.

I'll agree that going on about her weight is a huge exaggeration. But she really shouldn't have worn that ugly bikini.
The act was very unenthusiastic and just poorly done. It was suppose to be her big comeback, and she blew it by not seeming care.
