Well I Threw Those Eating Habits Out the Window...

  1. This afternoon we celebrated Thanksgiving with my aunt and her two daughters, my family and grandmother. Diets, portion size? Yeah, that didn't happen tonight. : p

I'm normally a really good eater, (I can go a whole day on one meal), but today was just.. insane. I swear I won't be eating anything tomorrow.

I've pretty much made a promise to myself after this experience; I'll eat when I'm hungry. Not before, and not after. : )

After a long day of talking, food and board games we sat down and watched two movies- Millions and Dirty Dancing.

Now, I'm going to admit something, that is very difficult for me to say; Dirty Dancing wasn't THAT bad. I used to hate that movie, but I'm actually... surprised at it. Maybe my mind understands it more, as a ten year old's wouldn't so much. : p

Tomorrow we'll probably hang out some more, and I'll most likely sleep. I'm flipping exhausted even though I didn't do that much today.. That's actually pretty angering in a way. If I'm tired, I'd like to have made myself tired. Lol.

Anyway.. on to my normal eating habits, and my fun exercise routine. Sweet.

    Buh bye.

Just as a note, eating one meal a day isn't healthy. It disrupts your metabolism quite a bit, and makes your body convert whatever carbohydrate you do get into fat much quicker than it usually would. If you want to stay fit, three healthy balanced meals a day and a couple of healthy snacks will do it. Athletes are supposed to eat every two to three hours or something inbetween trainings. The average human should at least be having three meals.
