Aspiring writer, life long lover of the written word. Always been a dabbler in short stories and novels. I've decided to get serious. I'd like to find out if I'm as good as I think I am with using prose to create thoughts, implant ideas, convey meaning and understanding. I want to inspire readers to crave reading, to want to consume the words off the page. I want to know that others comprehend that the written word, in all its forms and meanings must be kept alive. I feel I must be a part of helping readers realize the utter importance of sustaining written work, what it can do and what would be lost without it...
That sounds a little high-fallutin' - but that's how it came out... I'm at the learning and formatting stage of my writing career, so forgive my lofty ideas, I just feel the need to pursue this creative writing process and see where it takes me!
