I was born in England and as a small child lived there through WWII. I migrated to North America at the age of 19 and have lived here ever since, mostly in Canada, but have also spent several years in the USA and Mexico.
I write mostly sociological science fiction novels exploring possible futures—low on hardware and high on people solving their problems in unique and trying situations. My novels are based mainly in Earth, but I have one or two set on other worlds.
To date, I have five published novels in addition to a reference book on names (of people) called "Names of the World".
