I spent many years working for persons with disabilities in my state. Recently, I began a new journey working from home at tiny homesteading and upcycling. Due to an expressive language disorder, I began writing to be better understood, saving my sanity. Writing allows my spirit to dance over words to express emotions or images associated with a single thought. It is this bliss that makes me want to incorporate writing into current ventures and, given training or research that was done in the past, I am more than qualified to write on such subjects a nutrition, mental health, and self-care.
