Here are a few quotes that helped me a lot and that pretty much sum me up. I am a person that feels emotions very strongly and writing helps me to stay sane and to be the person I want to be and to not be afraid of myself. It's like this saying says: It all begins and ends in your mind. What you give power to, has power over you. Writing helped me to keep some of my emotions from taking over, and it also helped me explore what I'm really feeling, not just what I think that I'm feeling. Like Victor Hugo said, There is one spectacle grander than the sea, that is the sky; there is one spectacle grander than the sky, that is the interior of the soul. It took me quite a while to actually understand what he meant and writing helped.
