69-year-old adrenaline junkie who is high on life! A doctorate in Organizational Behavior in 2017 is the crowning jewel in my education portfolio, something I aspired too since my 30's.
In love with my wife of 25-years, we are the perfect example of polar opposites. I'm highly competitive, and my wife doesn't have a competitive bone in her body. My idea of an ideal day is a 50-mile kayak race in down-wind conditions in open water, while my wife's perfect day is lounging on the beach, listening to the waves. I'm an avid fisherman, especially fly fishing. I love to tie my flies, which is half the fun.
My wife says I've lived three lifetimes because of how much I've fit into the years I've been here. When I arrived in Florida, seven years ago, I started slowing down and sold my climbing gear. While I still love road-racing bicycles, I've quite criteriums due to the injuries I sustain when racing these fast-paced events.

Several years ago, I began chronicling the most exciting times in my life, no easy task. So far, I have around six-hundred pages, which doesn't include my four-hundred pages of creative writing (don't bother looking for me on Amazon.com because I'm not there...yet). I've never had the intestinal fortitude to find out if I have what it takes to write. Yup...that kind of guy! I'm ADHD and, while my ADHD caused me no end to problems when I was younger, I've come to grips with it and have learned to leverage ADHD to my advantage, which is to say, I'm still a bit on the strange side...lol. The Pinterest Pin, "When I told you I was a bit different, I may have exaggerated a bit", pretty well sums up my life.

Hey, enough of the boring stuff. We'll see you on the Forums.
