I'm a single mom to two teenage boys (send wine).

I'm big on hiking and try to get out with my hiking group, the Viking Fucking Warriors, at least a couple of times a month. I sing in a punk rock choir with a set list that ranges from Doris Day to the Cure to the Ramones. We're called the Happy Hour Choir, and yes, how did you guess? Alcohol is often involved.

I took several years off of writing to barely manage being a working mom while dealing with a bad marriage, depression, and breaking free of the aforementioned bad marriage.

I'm a lawyer (see the above use of aforementioned) but I gave up practice a few years ago (see the fact that I have time to write).

I'm working on a YA urban fantasy novel.
