That moment when you fall in love with eating cereal for dinner all over again.

Do you guys get cornflakes? A hot summer's dinner of a big bowl of cornflakes with cold milk and honey is

TMW you move from your base phase to your strength phase in training and all the workouts get way interesting and all kinds of challenging. :D

I guess you need to find a new pump-up playlist now.

Got the list, need a player. Riding on rollers with an industrial fan going (I sweat even when it's 48F) is white noise mayhem. Going to work on that this weekend or so.

Not sure. Anything over my current cadence is good. Music actually helps performance, so the songs are not as important to me as their presence. I am probably going to slice up a specific track for each workout so I can have cruisy bits during my recovery and faster bits while working. I have a track editor so not expecting this to be too much effort.

Velobeats put some stuff out that is worth listening to - for my purposes.

TMW a dude invites you to go roller skating with him and a bunch of people, but everyone but him mysteriously cancels at the last minute.

Oh! That's a good tactic. I'll have to try that one. ;)

Eh, it might be an effective tactic if I hadn't already told him in no uncertain terms that it's not going to happen.

That particular moment actually happened Wednesday night, and I said I wasn't feeling well and couldn't go after all. So we're trying again tonight, hopefully with an actual group of people this time.

Haha. It's complicated. I do like him. But I like someone else way more.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't you mention somewhere that you recently broke up with someone? I'm guessing that's the 'way more' person. :superidea:

TMW a female on the forum tries to indirectly brag about some guy who is into her that she is not into...

    Happens about once a week

Sorry, that's girl privilege. It's easy to get admirers when you're a chick. ;)

That moment when a forum member comments and you can't read the words, because all you can see is the subtext: "I haven't been laid this millennium."

We're 66 pages into this thread. That's hardly "instant."
