Not sure. Anything over my current cadence is good. Music actually helps performance, so the songs are not as important to me as their presence. I am probably going to slice up a specific track for each workout so I can have cruisy bits during my recovery and faster bits while working. I have a track editor so not expecting this to be too much effort. Velobeats put some stuff out that is worth listening to - for my purposes.

Eh, it might be an effective tactic if I hadn't already told him in no uncertain terms that it's not going to happen. That particular moment actually happened Wednesday night, and I said I wasn't feeling well and couldn't go after all. So we're trying again tonight, hopefully with an actual group of people this time.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't you mention somewhere that you recently broke up with someone? I'm guessing that's the 'way more' person.
