Who isn't addicted to masturbation? Masturbation is healthy, especially for the creative juices. ETA: My 2000th post is about masturbation. Get a life, Homer... get a life.
I'm 19. Also, let me specify. We're talking about fetishes. So let's go futher into that. I've got a strong muslce fetosh, but that's prety boring isn't it? The thing is I also have this ls transformation fetish thing that sorts of relates to that. And through that I've experimented with more varied content including furry stuff, fat stuff, inflation and even tenctacles once. My standard material is just normal porn or some mild TF shit on deviantart or something but I've gone some weird places. More often that I'm necessarily even comfortable with.
Not sure how allowable the topic is but once more into the breach I go. Anyone whose seen porn has traveled a bit too far down the rabbit hole and had that moment. It's when you see something against your moral values, something counter to society, something wrong. In that fever of desire and dissention, you enjoy it. But after, at least for men, I can't speak for women, you're finished. You see where you are with fresh eyes. You know its wrong and that it's not who you are. It's just a place porn takes you. Now a fetishist.. that's where you've seen the place, sober and all, and relish it. You're not visiting, it's who you are.
Well as I said I have some serious fetishes. And I am comofortable eoth them. But my point was I have explored the boundaries of my fetishes repeatedly in various areas. Some of those are compelling enough they appear to represent something more than just pure experimentation. Which would expand it beyond the main elements.
I think watching a bit of fetish porn isn't really the same as living out 50 shades on a regular basis (and yeah yeah 'troll i know the fetish community hate the book). That said I don't have an issue with fetish ( i enjoy a bit of mild bondage from time to time ) so long as it is between consenting adults and doesn't include children or animals
Of course. I think most people have some sort of fetish. It doesn't have to be BDSM. Some people have a fetish for redheads. As I said before, one of my normal fetishes is I like muscles which is basically the stereotypical male attractiveness trait so barely even of note except for the intensity.
My understanding is that a fetish is something without which one cannot perform (in whatever sense is appropriate, given the fetish in question), whereas a kink is something that one finds adds to the appeal of a situation. One definition I saw said that a kink is like spice, while a fetish is the food itself. Peeking around the edges of vanilladom, or even taking a short vacation outside the fold, does not qualify one as having a fetish, nor would "having a thing for" a particular type/act/body part unless that "thing" was of such intensity that nothing else would do it for you. @Oscar Leigh, you said you had a fetish for muscles, but had also dallied with an attraction to fat(ter) men. I think that this would indicate that your attraction to muscles is less than a fetish. Last note on the muscle thing though, someone (Dan Savage maybe?) once said that the more common a fetish is, the less likely it is to be recognized as such. Also, Muscle Things:
My favourite quote on this is "The difference between being kinky and deviance: If you're kinky you might use a feather in the bedroom. Deviants use the whole chicken"
Yup. Working at university, I have these... fantasies about my students. I imagine them going home, maybe to each other's homes, home together, putting on some comfortable clothes, maybe some soft music, and.... and.... Doing their homework! There, I've said it. I know it's unrealistic, I know it could never happen to me, I know that they're probably really doing all sorts of dirty naked things with each other but god why do I have to see that sort of thing on my computer screen? Why why why???? Can't I just get a glimpse of two legal Asian teen cheerleaders practicing their verb tenses? <Iain retires to the corner, sobbing>
On the whole I'd say that saying you like men with muscles is like my saying I like women with nice legs , its so mainstream its barely worthy of mention .. unless of course you are saying you can only 'perform' with men who are totally muscle bound like Mr universe
Look on the bright side may when they are talking dirty to each other they are really precise about what should be put where and when
I was so confused for the longest time, Mumble Bee quoted Oscar, but it said that he quoted me instead... I was like, "when did I ever say this, and I don't remember anything about fetishes. What exactly happened last night? Who here knows about my kinks?"
Did you click @Mumble Bee 's quote that incorrectly named you? It takes you to the cannabis thread. How the hell did that happen?
Huh... I usually make it a point not to drag people into conversations about porn and fetishes. Sorry about that. But since we're here anyways, have anything to add?
We have a cannabis thread? I've never gotten around to trying the stuff, so I don't think I'd be much use there, but still, didn't know that.
Do I need to do a Fet-101 Class? Well if you would like to enroll send me a PM, and I will give you a crash course. (Coming to class unprepared does carry a penalty.)
I have no idea, this conspiracy just got weird. I'm being framed! haha No problem, it was pretty funny. As far as fetishes? Well, I think everyone has some sort of fetish, even if they may not realize it. I believe that on some level, sex itself is a fetish. I also think that it doesn't have to be sexual to be a fetish, it can just be something that gets you really excited in general. But I guess that is more of an obsession when it's outside of sex, maybe? Then wouldn't a fetish also be an obsession, and vice versa? I think there's some confusion about it, because a fetish doesn't necessarily have to be "kinky" or bizarre, it can be fairly normal, like the muscle thing, or someone that likes feet. It's not that weird really, but maybe that's just me. Most fetishes seem normal to me I guess, I don't really see how it's that weird or anything. If you like something, a lot, then that's normal for that person. I have a few myself, some that people would consider kinky probably. Used to like things that were definitely "bizarre", but it kinda' loses some appeal over time. People also change. We do now, ever since I created it. lol I have a lot of knowledge on the subject in general, not as much as some, but I'm at least as knowledgeable about cannabis as Homer Potvin is about wine. Yeah, it kinda' came out of left field from an undisclosed location in Russia...you know, the place where they keep the pee-pee tapes and stuff. rofl
Well an open mind, and an inquisitive nature. Can't exactly do standard practice, and say better have your pencils and notebooks, now can I. Along with the ability to write a short informal research paper, and take few short quizzes/tests.
That moment when you spell "coalesced" right, and grammar check didn't smash a giant red zig-zag line underneath it that it uses to alert you of your horrifying failures. Yes! Suck on that, damn paper clip assistant.
I can't spell either. I'm always pleased when I get a tough word right the first time. Doesn't happen often.
