Hi All, I thought I'd start a thread where we could share our most comical typos or anecdotes about writing. To have a thread where we can relax and laugh a little when we feel it's all gone downhill. I'll start with one that I have to warn might need Parental Guidance. I wrote a story about a woman who, following her father's death, moves to the Welsh countryside where she spends her days escaping her past and figuring out who she is without her father to whom she was very close. It's a slow-paced very family friendly story very much about friendship, queitness and nature. At one point my main character was meant to climb onto the big, hard and slippery rock. Unfortunately, I noticed very late that I'd written that she was climbing onto the big, hard and slippery cock. I am so sorry to any of our younger members!
One MC was in an internal monologue, and I misspelled sympathetic. When I used the word suggestion, I accidentally with its help, change it to symptomatic.
