I'll give it a look! Richard's approach is a little different than Violet's. He's had personal experiences as well but he's also a trained psychologist and has done extensive amounts of research. Cool to see there are even more people out there doing the same thing and helping others cope with narcissists.

Key-word is *safe* advice. Narcissism can lead to some incredibly cruel treatment, physical and / or mental, if they are challenged. Fascinating to watch unless it impacts you or somebody very close to you.

Hopefully that blog is helping you in the same way that Richard's YouTube channel has helped me. If you need to talk I'm always here. :-D

If I could I'd just put everything in bags and throw them out, but many things are still usable or electronic, or recyclable, or whatever and now I got, I don't know how many bags all around me. HELP!!!!!

Take all the loose stuff, throw it into that basket and declare it the fiddle-faddle-collection-box. Cleaning for students 101.

Put them in bags and boxes. Don't mark them in any way which identifies what's inside. Then store them somewhere. If you haven't opened a bag or box in a month, throw it away.

That's exactly the reason I'm trying to throw them out. Had most of those stuff for years just taking space and now it's payday.

    Hahahaha! All the time mate.

My duckling just had explosive diarrhea all over my shirt and jeans. It was all warm and wet too. Wasn’t that bad, though I’m not exactly thrilled. She’s all confused as to why I stopped cuddling her after that and put her back in her container. She’s hopping up and down, trying to get my attention. I’m gonna go shower now...

And that duckling grew to become the worlds most dangerous, masked vigilante crime fighter, ever known.

    Think I caught a cold :(

When Lost were in Sweden I was sick for a week afterwards - I might be allergic to Englishmen.

Oh yes. All the chicks & ducklings we had always pooped and/or diarrhoeaed on me always.

I ended up having a particular outfit to wear whenever I let them run & on me or snuggle into me on the couch (with a towel covering the couch) and just always knew I would probably have to wash my hair afterwards.

But the friendliest chickens & ducks were always the ones that grew up watching Star Trek, so~
