Not sure if this is douchebaggery or a good idea. But, I want to introduce the intentions of a Mad King, and his convoluted plans earlier on then I do. The only way to do this however is a). have the Mad King captured, however he's needed somewhere else so he would have to escape for that Or B) have his nephew who is now King, bring a journal to my MC for her to read once a key event is triggered in the story. So she can have an understanding of what's going on. Or at least what the Mad King wants her to know at the moment ETA the worst part about the reveal of the Mad King's plan, is that is pretty much at the end. So I want to bring it sooner for obvious reasons
@John-Wayne Is it possible to reveal his plan subtly throughout the story? For example, if he's planning on killing a whole bunch of people with poison, maybe he tests it out on an unsuspecting village first to see how potent it is. Or, if he's planning on retaking his throne, maybe loyalists are caught sneaking into the castle to do recon for him and they cryptically plant clues about his plans. Just some thoughts.
My baby's coming home!!! Honey Hatter leaves in an hour coming my way! Dear God let the wind be at her back! I love you!
On the road to you. My nephew driving his 2001 Silverado road trip. I'm excited and nervous. My heart and mind are open, let the adventure begin. I love you Jake.
dear god this forum is turning it into udate ... lemie and lost, honey and jake, cave and poem... all we need is for @matwoolf to hook up with @Wreybies and life will be complete
Now I've always thought that you and Matty's avatars deserved to be together, so if either of you take a walk on the wild side, I'll be on the sidelines in a miniskirt with pom-poms.
Come on, found happiness, man! I deserve some Lost in my life! And I always thought it'd be you with... either of those two, to be honest.
Man, I'm an emeritus member. Held out til quite a ways past thirty, even fled my native language. That was the mistake, of course. If we'd have understood each other completely, well....
I have been considering writing a short story about a writer who kills his annoying conspiracy theory idiot neighbor, writes the story about the whole ordeal and his novel becomes a best seller. Am I on to something here with this concept?
