Punny Name for Terminal Illness Support Group

Yet another random post here, but I'm struggling to come up with a punny name for a terminal illness support group. The name can be as blunt and crude as you want. The man who runs it is abrasive and direct, and, while he may not tip-toe around peoples' problems, he really does care.

 

I'm assuming the group is meant for anyone with any terminal diagnosis, yes? Not a specific illness?

 

@Wreybies No specific disease, no. Just that it's a terminal diagnosis.
