meal prepping my lunch for the week: homemade turkey meat balls and broccoli with homemade stir fry sauce (Walmart ran out of stir fry sauce, so i made my own....turned out pretty darn good!).
I'll probably add something else with it. maybe a fruit cup or something

Presumably a ham omelet. Been thinking about that since this morning but grabbed a bagel instead. Gonna do it tonight, should clean the kitchen a bit before hand but looking forward to it.

Plated again tonight - Salmon burgers with a chive aioli served with mixed greens dressed with a honey mustard vinagarette.

Great big salad made ALMOST completely with things from my own garden. (I have onions in the garden, but they're not as good as a market-bought Vidalia for eating raw). And I didn't grow the dressing ingredients. Still...cukes, many tomatoes, carrots, lettuce, peas, beans, broccoli...yum!

Been in the mood for some ribs and the phony meat stuffs don't cut it, so most likely some ribs and rice later. Won't be cooking them since I, like a moron, packed my cooking tools since I can just order them.

Butterscotch pudding, chocolate ganache, meringue and cake.

My bf wants stuff for next week and butterscotch, the meringue allows me to show off the long awaited mixer and why I was after one (continuous mixing while I worked on ingredients)

I had pizza, but I didn't cook it.

Tomorrow night I'll be cooking burritos, though.

I'm thinking a pizza quesadilla would work better, though. ;-)

This is actually for breakfast... and I prepared as opposed to cook. But this is what I prepared with Store Brand Frozen Waffles, Bananas, Syrup and cool whip.

A very....European sized meal. American version would take up the whole plate. Because freedom and diabetes.

    I'm joking.

Dinner tonight will Giant Greek beans in tomato sauce with sautéed mixed vegetables and red rice with beans in them.

Also, an apple slices snack since the kid likes sweets after dinner....

Fajitas, my bf found some new gluten free wraps to try for himself and I'm getting a standard kit.

Of course, my only gripe is that he bought a kit for me (and sharing the spice mix) but I prefer brown wheat product these days, and kits always have white wraps.

Well that's only because the waffles were small, if I was making it the waffles. They would take up the whole plate, LOL!

    Brownies.

Desserts have now become dinners for me.
