Most definitely, but String Theory (in grossly oversimplified terms) is that the all matter is composed of tiny little loops, or strings, of energy and the frequency, amplitude, etc. that these strings make up what we interpret as Elementary Particles, that make up Subatomic Particles, that make up Atoms, and Molecules, and so forth. So basically all of existence is composed of an infinitely tiny, infinitely numbered string section playing out songs of creation.
Thank you very much, and yes I can see the similarities. Mine was heavily influenced by Loscil's stuff. If you haven't done so already, I urge you to check them out.
Dubstep violin, because why not? Lindsey Stirling-Crystallize: Lindsey Stirling-Elements: And for those who like a bit more of a show... Lindsey Stirling-Master Of Tides:
Can't stop listening to this guy's covers since someone posted his version of Sultans of Swing last week.
I don't have huge library of music. Odd seeing as it's one of my fav pleasures. So I don't search for music much, but came across Locsil some time last year. He's one of my fav artists. I especially like...hang a mo...˜searches˜...Endless Falls, due sharing his thoughts on music and his creations. Spoiler I actually don't have much full on ambient, I suppose more of what I have is more chill or ambient chill, ambient with a beat or faster tempo. Artists such as Carbon Based Lifeforms, Solar Fields, Stellardrone, H.U.V.A Network, Connect Ohm, Ascendant. The only other pure ambient artists I have are, of course, Brian Eno, then, Stars of the Lid, Sleep Research Facility, Craig Pruess and Lex Van Someren, the last two are spiritual in nature.
If I could go back in time to witness one live performance it would be this one. Thank God it was recorded. The guitar tone... The drum fills... The energy... This is as good as music gets imho.
