You can go to a pet store without your mom, you know. I've gone to a ton of stores without my mom. It's good practice.
She needs more Magikarp...but she wouldn't believe me. She was the one who wanted to go the pet store and she asked me along. xD Plus I can't be trusted alone in pet stores. This time I managed to only spend $25.
lad at work playing PMG in the office : hey there's a hoothoot in here Boss: Cool does it want a job ? Lad: you know these aren't real ? Boss: even completely imaginary creatures would work harder than you
I dunno, pet stores are pretty advanced in the scheme of things. I'd make sure you have at least a convenience store certificate first, if not a full on hobby shop qualification. Better safe than sorry.
Yeah, pretty much. You put the device in, it scans it, gives you a price, and pays that price if you want to sell it. Sometimes it doesn't offer any cash vaule though still let's you recycle it though. I've been running all day. Just sat down to eat a sandwich, probably gonna make real food in a bit. Really wanna take a nap but still have things to do.
Fixed your typo, but that's not the point. The rat's nest of wires that make up my brain read "the device" thusly:
What typo? I don't see nothing. But yeah, thats what I get for typing on my phone. Allways prefer real keys. Also I haven't dropped one of those in a bin since 09.
Was gonna jump in the shower.....but I can't find my black soap bar. My mind is telling me "You packed that too, sucka" and laughing at me in Japanese while I sit at my table listening to Mozart. C'est la vie. Time to take a water bath.
I have fond memories of that Mask film. Ended up looking into the graphic novels to, there very.....diff different. There good and I don't mind dark and gory but it's not the Jim Carey Mask. Just gonna be puttering around today checking various tasks off the to do list. Starting with eating a bagel.
I could've taken a mud bath. Did that when my friends an I went camping. They thought I was crazy, yet, I was the only one without a single mosquito bite or any sunburn. However, a mud bath in this city would probably see me grow an extra limb..... On topic: Plotting a new path. Tried out school, but man, its no longer for me. No problem with learning, but sitting down for hours on end, listening to stuff (almost swore) I don't care about is not working out.
If you're in an are with a limited water supply you can bathe by rubbing yourself with oil, clay dust, or both and then wiping or scraping or wiping it off. Corn starch also makes a pretty decent dry shampoo. Just dust it in and brush it out. It's not the same as regular shower, but it's definitely better than nothing.
Just done a really good re-write of 'Day 012' of the WIP - about 3k5 words, 'drunk a bottle of Rioja, (wine and 'really good' writing don't usually go together for me.) Right now listening to Leonard Cohen - 'Tower of Song', thinking it's time for bed but not quite ready; got that feeling and not wanting to leave the WIP while it's going well. I've finally got my two protagonists into bed with each other but they're not,,,,, well, I'm not telling you what they're not, that would be rude, they need a little privacy to work things out. Although the fact that he mentioned she has a skid-mark on her undies might have something to do with it. Shhh, Enough said.
Benjamin Franklin's tolerant views on race relations were also incredibly objectifiying of women. My favorite complicated figure.
I was hungry when I wrote it ok lol. Honestly a bagel and cream cheese is my everyday breakfast. Used the last of my cream cheese though. Benjamin Franklin did a lot of... interesting....things It's only like one am but today's all prep for a symphony job as a photographer Saturday. Might as well go over my gear again now while I can't sleep.
I'm getting ready to host my partner. He stayed in California when I moved to Washington because he has a project to finish there. He hasn't seen our new house yet! So he's going to hang around for a week and probably complain a lot. Well, it's his house too, so I'll have him take out the garbage and mow the lawn or something.
Is he a house-y sort of person, who likes to give input into decorating, etc? Or is he the sort who wants everything already done? BTW, I'm glad you're closer to your goal of living in Canada again, but sorry the fires are kinda spoiling things a bit. It's a scary time we live in, for sure. Anyway, hope you two have a great 'reunion,' and hope things settle soon.
