If you were to be born in a second city

I had always said that I did not like the US, and I would never travel to it, even though there are some beautiful natural wonders there. Life is with a sense of irony alright.

I want all of you outside the U.S. to think for a moment how crass, unwarranted, rude, and ugly you would find it if the Americans here in the forum were to just let loose on all the things they dislike, find funny, silly, stupid, inexplicable, backward, recidivistic, and retrograde about your respective countries of origin. I want you to recognize the utterly unveiled dichotomy with which you are engaging. There's a hypocrisy in play here that is so lewd it verges on the pornographic.

If I were born in a second city, there was a first one so... does it means I was born twice?.
Well, as craziest as might sound, that was my first thought when I read the title.
I expected to read a lot of weird stories about a clone of each of you wandering around in other places. Maybe even catching up on holidays in some "neutral" place.

Cellphone Conversation:
- "I don't think you'd like this city, you better meet me somewhere else."
- "Why wound't I like the city YOU are living in? We're the same person well... not the very same but... you know what I mean."

I would have liked it if I had been born in Dallas, Texas. The climate is great and I could travel to the east and west coast USA regularly and I would love to buy old cars and restore them.
