Any particular dialect or regional accent? I find the “high” German of the far north much more appealing (Hamburg, Kiel, lubeck, bremen, verde , etc...). Swiss German is also a thing and it is actually a different language altogether, being a descendant from alemannic if I am not mistaken.

Probably over to the west - Düsseldorf, Hessen etc. I like the harshness. Very attractive from women.

Depends where the scene is set
I'm not fluent enough to write a whole story, but I could set a scene in English and have dialogue of other languages.

If I did, I feel I'm prone to New World Spanish.
Like 'mamacita' meaning one thing in Mexico and something else also quite endearing in Ecuador for example, or something like that, and have where this scene is set, to play a part in the context of this word, so, for example, Mexico; Working Class paying attention to a pretty lady, in Ecuador it could be a father on his death bed comforting his crying daughter at his side - for example.

When it comes to French, that's French, French and... I've yet to write anything set in a part of the French Speaking World that's not in France.

I love that I can read and write Japanese to a level.

Since setting my smart phone to Japanese and knowing enough Japanese to switch it back to English, on my phone, has left with with the Japanese keyboard, like the English keyboard I'm native to and the emoji keyboard, my phones since that day, have always had this Japanese keyboard I had to teach myself real quick one night; the night I got it.
That felt like seeing old friends again who I haven't seen in years, seeing a Japanese character again... So that was something; I somehow worked it out and now use it with ease... I got a newer phone, upgrade, and, upon setting it to Japanese and English again, has given me what I know and love and use, and this other Romaji based Japanese keyboard that has a microphone too... But I just use the Japanese keyboard I'm used to from my older phone.
It was tagging in Instagram where this paid off for me; It was learning and using Japanese again, like brushing up and practicing again; because a language, unlike riding a bicycle, is something you will forget if you don't practice, and Instagram is where I use a lot of Japanese now, and I like it.

Anybody got that Japanese keyboard on their smartphone too? (Mine's an Apple).
