Since we're suddenly talking about bongs, can I ask a question that's been bugging me for ages? I'm not opposed to weed, but job circumstances have kept it out of my circle of things to do on the weekend. When people (in movies?) smoke a bong, there's a little stem section which holds the actual substance and fits into the main body. I understand the mechanics of a hookah/bong, but what I don't get is after they apply the flame and inhale, they're always shown as taking the little stem with the drug out while they continue to inhale. Is this to preserve valuable weed, or does it taste awful if it's not being burned, or what?
The finished product! Red velvet cupcakes filled with white chocolate whipped cream and topped with cream cheese frosting. Bring on the potluck!
I often wonder about this as well. It's a respectful gesture among smokers that are partaking so as not to leave second hand smoke in the chamber and some people will get actually upset if you don't do this :/
Mowing the lawn right now and came across this unit. (Am I using that correctly, Aussie members?) Spoiler: Fauna in Puerto Rico is sometimes fuzzy, but rarely cute.
The brown ones are pretty common. They come out to places where they are visible and the holes in the grown where they make their lairs are everywhere. There are several that are a vibrant electric blue color, but those are more shy and hidey. I've only ever seen one of those, down in the woods at the bottom of the property. This is just internet; I didn't take this photo, just the one above.
Can I ask how you achieved two colours in the one swirl of frosting? I am an utter novice/completely uninitiated in the realm of frosting to date, although I plan to change that at some point.
I put each color in a disposable piping bag, cut off the ends, then put those two bags into an big piping bag with a star tip. Tutorial here: For more than two colors, a great technique is the "log" method, where you pipe thick lines of the different color frostings onto plastic wrap, roll it into a log shape and then drop it into a piping bag. I haven't done it myself yet, but there's a good tutorial here:
This was this guitar as it was when I bought it. I took this snapshot when I was 13 in my bedroom. This is what I saw when I bought it, and had done with Feline Guitars when I was 21 / This is what it looks like nowadays.
I told them down to the eyebrows... hairdressers can't cut bangs to save their life! ...I mean - Lost is here It's also the last day of work which makes me part bitter and part the happiest I've ever been in my life! Oh - and new, retro pin-up Batgirl t-shirt!
I am indeed As my ladylove has already posted us being cute I have instead decided to post other awesome things about Sweden. Baltazar is fully capable of looking grumpy when asleep. @Lemie tells me that this isn't funny but as a Brit when someone brings out... ...Nobless biscuits... How can I not laugh?
Tonight I had an idea, of doing a cover, of course... It meant/means learning it; lyrics too... I'm working on learning this song, this is me listening to myself playing along to it, I've never recorded a video of me doing that before; I want to work on my bends and sustains and timing which is harder said then done, it's really fun, if anything, but, yeah, I want to learn/cover this song. Vocal & guitar. I playing along to this song. This song choice was an epiphany for me. It's just one I haven't learned yet. But I want to sing it/play it/do it. Half the fun was this guitar I recorded with as I wanted to give this song that sound.
