It has been pointed out to me that if I ever electrocute myself in public again, on purpose, whilst nude, I'm going to get "special dispensation" to play with the business end of one or several until I'm no longer conscious.

But, yes. It says in my papers here that it's 30 feet minimum from any given coordinate of the thing. Also we use the metric system, so why would it be feet?

Why is it feet.

 

About a week late, sorry, but the 100th anniversary of the Great Molasses Flood of Boston just passed. On Jan 15th, 1919, a molasses storage tank in Boston broke, releasing around 2.3m gallons (8700 cubic meters) of molasses into the city. 21 people were killed and around 150 were injured in the disaster.

In case you've always wondered, "slow as molasses in January" was, on this occasion, approximately 35 mph (56kph).

 

I doubt if I'll see the movie, but I kind of like the idea of a Battle Angel.

 

I think I will join you in not seeing it. I don't much care for 'animeing' up a real person just to fit the original source material.

 

So today an overall good egg came to school late. After showing me video evidence that he was stuck in a rush closure by police, he came out with this statement.
"It always happens by the skyscrapers."

I told him that the only way that could be more useless to me is if we lived in New York.

I am more of a sketch artist with a healthy attachment
to erasers, and using charcoal.
