    Marking/Categorizing Adult/Sexual/Violent Content

Discussion in 'Support & Feedback' started by camphore, Feb 17, 2019.

This is categorized from The Art of the Critique here: https://www.writingforums.org/threads/marking-categorizing-adult-sexual-violent-content.161273/#post-1750301

"If your writing contains adult language, sexual behavior, or violent, it must be marked/categorized as such."

Hopefully not a dumb question, but how exactly does one do this? My currently obsessed-over project that derailed the other project is a murder mystery, but has a good bit of graphic sexual content essential to the plot. I do not see any other instructions except from the rule quoted above.

I am finding this forum really helpful and looking forward to feedback that will help my writing, but don't want to go against rules or piss anyone off. So some guidance here is appreciated.

if it contains graphic sexual content - when you post it for critique it needs to go in the erotica sub forum of the workshop (that is under short stories but includes all erotica content), if you want to ask questions about writing graphic sexual content there is also an erotica sub forum in the by the genre board
