You can post it once you meet the requirements: https://www.writingforums.org/rules/

Quoting the relevant portion of the rules Reece provided a link to:
    • Posting in the Writing Workshop requires 2 or more constructive critiques of other members' work for each new posted work.
    • You must be registered for at least 14 days and have made 20 posts before you can create a thread in our workshops. (This requirement does not apply to members who purchase Supporter status.)
Once you've done that, there's people who'll be happy to give you some constructive advice.
Free, and worth every penny. ;)

Do you really need that last comma?

I don't need anything, I'm just having fun.

[Edit: this is a riff off a Tom Baker Dr. Who line:
"Work for? Work for? I don't work for anyone, I'm just having fun." ]

I think it's often a mistake to show the first half or third of a short story. Short stories are designed to be read all at once. I just think little can be learned be seeking feedback on an incomplete short story. I would wait until it's finished and see what you've got before you think of showing anyone. Things change and beginnings tend to be where the bulk of revision is needed. Without knowing the whole story (specifically with short stories) the feedback is going to strictly focus on the writing and setup, but not the story. And it's the complete short story that counts.
