    I used to have those, fortunately they weren't that bad and the exercises my doctor gave me fixed them right up.

    Fair enough. Sienna's dad has flat feet, and wore through a new pair of decent shoes in under 6 months. :rolleyes:

    Even 6 months would be rough if someone hadn't given wheels to a part of my life.

    Not trying to turn my students into little lefties, just trying to make them think about whether someone should make as much in an hour as their working parents make in a year.

    And that's assuming that Mr. Moneybags is working 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

    Derping around with Pokemon Fusion because I read somewhere it was a joke thing where you draw the fusion that pops up when you load the site, and that's your starter. It gave me an idea. I am going to die without having ever finished one of these damn things because they KEEP POPPING UP! Oi.

    So if I read you right, you are saying that your figures are as if Mr. Moneybags is getting paid as if the pay is for breathing and whatever small amounts of actual work is more like a hobby. BTW, I happen to agree with your apparent POV, because that means that he's earning more in a day than I was making in a year back when I could work for my living.

    Pokemon? I have a flash that's written like a news article involving them. If you would like to see it (I'm not asking for a critique of it) please feel free to PM me asking for a look.

    A better deal than I got. I had a correctable birth defect in my feet, I had "skew foot" which means they had all the bones of the arches sort of stacked up. This was correctable for my older sister (14 months) and my younger brother (3+ years) with shoes of a certain type, but the ebb and flow of children's footwear fashion back in the 50s was enough to keep that kind of shoe off the market when I was in the age range for them to help. I have a 'nice' scar on each foot from the surgery to correct it. I also have high arches and that throws out some of the range in footwear choices that I might otherwise have.

    I'm a womens U.S. size 16/17, so I know what it's like to have a limited range of footwear.

    I remember having trouble getting shoes in a size 6 for a woman (US size 8) way back when in the UK! Not a problem now, of course.

    In a bath full of epsom salts and Lush 'happy hippy' citrus goo, my face is covered in a tea tree mask of goo, and if I need to throw up I'm next to the bog. I do not feel well :meh:

    I have flat feet, a few months ago I took myself to the doctor because I could no longer walk on one of my feet, and figured it actually might be more serious than "oh it's just my fibro again". It's improved with a special tubigrip type sock thing with a squishy thing in the heel. But it's not going away. Think it's here to stay.

    Upon derping around the internet, I am now wondering if the "Aspie" in @Alan Aspie is his actual name or short for Asperger's

    off topic

    Aspie is short for Asperger.

    Alan... It's more complicated.

    In Finnish..
    ala = the amount of area
    ala = profession, line of business, branch, sector, domain
    ala = field, area,
    ala = sub
    ....

    You can find most (but not all) meanings from here:
    https://www.sanakirja.org/search.php?q=ala&l=17&l2=3

    letter n in the end of a word is like 's in English.

    So... You can understand Alan Aspie in many ways.
    - Asperger person of this place
    - Asperger in this line of business
    - and so on.

    My real name has nothing to do with Alan or Aspie.

    So... I'm both autistic and a Finn. I suppose it makes me a Finnsperger.

    And if you have not noticed, I'm subtype active but odd Aspie.

    Funny thing is that in Finland no one pays much attention my autistic traits.

    Trying to figure out how I can get a segment of a chapter that focuses on a teacher's POV in my fantasy to (1) not be boring and (2) not be a huge info-dump.
