It's part of the Keto diet that I'm just starting to research. Black coffee 350ml + 15-20g of organic butter + same amount of coconut oil + tablespoon of MCT oil. Not far removed from my usual of black coffee with a good dose of thick cream. The Keto actually tastes very nice, you still get the strong coffee flavour it's just mellowed out by the butter and coconut. The idea is to have this as a replacement for a meal. I've shed about half a kg in a week's use.
@Xander17 thats interesting. I hate coffee and tea, so I'm not clued up much on these things but it did sound bizarre. Well done on the weight loss. I'm desperate to shift six stone. Not sure what that is in kg. A lot, probably. I am...... 552 words down on my book. I can see where it's going, now I've written a different beginning, to go before the prologue. I'm quite chuffed with myself. If it wasn't 1.15am GMT here, I'd write loads more, but I really need to try and sleep.
currently panicking because I have to finish my current chapter in four hours or else I have to eat a spoonful of hot sauce
Cuddling with my doggy. Busy season is finally over at the hotel. So much pressure and anexity lifted. Dont feel the constant need to leave/fear of being axed at my job anymore....for now. Last two days of busy season went well, first of two days off got soaked up by personal issues and spending to much money but today i rested for the most part while getting things around for tomorrow. Excited for my half day. 9-1 as opposed to my normal eight thirty to....whenever.... Time in a half to. Gonna go in, get out quick come home cook some burgers and dogs take them up to the neighbor's with a bag of sparklers. Got asked if i could photograph the fireworks at the big stadium but.....mothers convinced its a dangerous time to be out because of the stuff she follows. Don't feel like freaking her out or arguing it so will probably just enjoy my lowkey Fourth. I can hear little fireworks outside right now. May put the phone down after this to go look. Then prep for tomorrow and go to bed. Came out of June which so many tasks piled up around me...felt kinda suffocated. Took a moment today and realized it was all spaced out enough to work.
I hope this topic hasn't gotten beaten to death already, but from some of the critiques I've gotten, I need to figure out how to do several info dumps in the truckload range without them looking like they are. BTW, how does 'truckload' fit in the large amount list?
The staff here are looking at me like I may have joined the 'usual' residents here in being ready for the funny farm.
I'm in a funny place here, I like BBQ and the Second Amendment has it's place if not taken to the point of people running around with grenades and pocket nukes, however, so many take things way beyond anything reasonable. And then there's the line between where another's active rights end and my passive rights take over. Example: I feel that if someone wants to take a swing at me he/she has every right to swing, however, those rights end when their exercise intrudes on my right to just be. Considering the project I'm working on one may think I have a favorable view of the militant side of things over the passive side. I personally am neither a hawk or a dove, and my project could make for an interesting read for many if I do it well enough.
Have you ever met someone who had an 'unhealthy' interest in good health? Or the person who works hard at relaxing? There are many who can't explain their reasons and don't seem to have valid reasons because of that inability. I'm not saying that they don't have valid reasons, I'm just saying that because they can't express them in a way that can be made sense of it looks as though they are not valid. It's nice to see someone with his/her feces catigorized and colated.
:kitty: Right, no foul, but we can all see which way this is going, so let's get back to our regularly scheduled program of daily minutiae.
I'm not sure just how all imperial measures compare with English measures, but, I do know that the imperial gallon is bigger than the English gallon. BTW, please calculate for English measures while you are at it.
Red ink made me delete this. I think my words were not provocative, but better to be safe than sorry.
