I come looking for a new online community, as i find myself retreating more and more into the internet as the Real World because just far too much to deal with. Dearest Internet, please offer me the solace you once did? k thnx I come with mental issues, i come with emotional baggage, I come with inconsistent capitalization, and most of all, i come with snacks. I maybe got hired to write D&D-style game campaigns, three weeks ago, for a start-up mobile rpg app. However, not having heard from the app people in over two weeks, I'm beginning to think maybe I dreamed it all up. It was a nice dream, anyhow.

So anyway, welcome aboard, and if you haven't, be sure to check out New Member Quick Start and Forum Rules. You'll be able to post your own works for critique after two weeks, twenty posts, and two useful critiques of others' works. We maintain a "two for one" rule here, which means that for each new thread you start in The Workshop asking for critiques of your work, you need to have provided two crits on other writer's pieces. No need to feel limited by genre or crit specifics, you can offer SPAG advice on a memoir, jump over to poetry and suggest a better rhyme, and then post a gritty SF Western for others to chime in on. Now if we can just corral the rest of the FP crew, I'll have a cadre to go to war with... Well, let's talk about that later, shall we?

These snacks are delicious but yes, virtual. How much virtual snacks induce stress in you is purely dictated by a roll of a d-20 plus your Superfluous Anxiety stat. *rolls a d-20, does math, curses under breath* looks like it's a virtual diet for me! here you guys take these off my hands, will you? *shoves over piles of chips and sweets and cakes* ...wait who are you? lol my good sir, i should hope so! who was foolish enough to give this madman power?! Look at you go, offering all the regulatory bits and bobs. Very nice, very professional, but I'm not at all fooled! I'll join your cadre though, just for the heck of it It is nice to be back on a forum, I'm hoping to waste lots of time here as lovingly as I did back in Effpia. I feel like a refugee swept ashore in a new land... I hope there is a nice folks, cake, and people willing to put up with a wee bit of shenanigans. You're here so i assume must not be too bad!
