I like lake bridge. But I think pier is more the word for it. I think a dock is the end bit. Well, you could dock your boat alongside the pier... Semantics.
I'd just call it a pier. The deck at the end is really more for swimming and diving than anything to do with a boat.
I think it's a pontoon, but jetty might also be correct. Not sure how a dictionary describes them - there may be a important difference. I think of something bridge connecting from one side to another. A pier usually goes over the sea.
Looks like an industrial sized wharf to me. Probably serving the lake as an undercover underwater alien research facility. Late at night huge ships ascend from the lake and travel across the galaxy, capturing alien specimens for research. Explains US black budget. No real lake would ever look that innocent.
