I rather give you these delicious red rocks. Eating is more fun than crying.

Classic happened when I was working for a non-franchise pizza place. We hired a new delivery guy, who arrived his first day, acting really weird ...giggly and goofy, etc.

My boss stared at him for a moment or two, then asked, "Are you on drugs?"

The guy giggled again. "Yup. How can you tell?"

"Because you just told me," my boss replied. And fired him.

There has got to be more. Perhaps members that post in the scripts section? I think it's kinda dead though.

Just got a contract for a story I sold. This part makes it really feel official when you know publication is coming. Yay! Contract looks great.

I love getting guitars as gifts! It's only actually happened to me once, when my dad bought me a Stratocaster for my birthday back in the mid-80s sometime. Alas, all my acoustics I paid for myself. One of my dreams is getting a good luthier to build me a custom acoustic 12-string. That's probably years away, though...

My brother got my great grandmothers guitar when she died, but he just played for a short while as a kid, so I claimed it as mine as a teenager.

While you can probably travel with a guitar I feel bringing my old one from Sweden would've been more work and risk than it is worth, so I left it behind when I moved.

Lost has recently started fixing his electrical guitar up and while I tried playing it... I'm more of an acoustic sort of person.

Talking with Sienna's dad, and getting to see how she's growing up. I've gone beyond a proud mummy moment. :supercute:

Took that long to chop it down, eh?
Don't forget to pull the roots as well,

:superagree:Yeah, those plastic roots are a bitch.
Being plastic, why did it shed like a Charlie Brown tree? By the time it was all boxed up, there was more green plastic than old gray carpet there. Probably needed more water.

Did you find it just lying around, or was it growing out of your face?

This is very close to my reality. Introducing my son to chicken and waffles tomorrow morning is literally my biggest plan for the entire weekend.
