    Last night I acquainted myself further with Nick Drake by listening to all three of his major albums and watching a documentary. Not the type of music I listen to usually as most of my music is far obscurer--yes, even than Nick Drake--but I always loved Riverman as a standalone. I like a few songs from the first album and a few from the last, but I couldn't get behind the second at all. Far too upbeat and jazzy. This song is something else. I listen to dark neoclassical, but that cannot touch the strange melancholy of Riverman...
