I used to hate this song when it played on the radio.... but it seems Pandora is hell bent on getting me to like it. it succeeded.

I mention Robert Glasper on another thread, now i have to listen to the album again. Listening is better in the dark

I could listen to this while I write. I love 60's style bebop, and this falls somewhere in between Monk and Brubeck. The drummer was on point too.

 

Saw these guys live. Intense. I've never been thrown to the floor so hard in my life. I honestly don't think I could handle that anymore.

 

Still loving everything she puts out.

 

the only concert I have every been to was a No Doubt concert. It was awesome. never been to another concert since.
I wanted to go to this band's concert when they were performing in Grand Rapids, but concerts aren't fun when you go alone.

I had expressed interest on Facebook about the upcoming event and, oddly enough, this lady reached out to me thinking I was someone else. after the mix up was cleared up, she invited me to hangout with her and her group of friends going to the concert.
I chickened out....

 

Whole album is underrated, but this song is just pleasant to listen to sound wise.

 

Is it just my devices (phone and laptop), or is anyone else having trouble trying to play the videos?
They just look like pictures on my end.... No play button or song title or anything

 

Sometimes it takes a moment to load before I can play them.

 

It is totally underrated. I hadn't heard it in a while.

It made me want to listen to Melophobia next.
