What's your opinion of this cover?

Like it says on the tin. I'm wondering whther t ochange it. In fact, I'm evening thinking of passing the story to another of my characters. the thumbnail.

Looks like a travel book, and the cat looks obviously cut and pasted on.

 

I don't understand anything from your post except "What's Your Opinion of this Cover?"

What does this sentence even mean?

As for the photo, it's already been mentioned that the cat looks copy and pasted but the woman does too, as the background doesn't look natural. Looks like someone took a stock photo of mountains, I'm assuming the Pyrenees and superimposed a photo of Carmen Sandiego's adult daughter.

If this is for a murder mystery or suspense it might be better to just have a silhouette of the mountain range and maybe the title in bold red. I don't know if dripping red blood would be appropriate or not, I'm not really familiar with the genre.

I'd lose the woman and the cat.

The background picture also needs work. What are the squiggles around the cat?
