I got too much to say! Best to say it all quickly.

So, my name is Mike, and at 14 I am a young American lad who tries too hard to be world-weary.
I live with my brother and parents, who are happily married, which sometimes freaks me out seeing as pretty much everyone I know has had a parent die or divorce or remarry. I like them, though. As for my brother...well, that's a work in progress, I suspect. And hope.

I have one dog, the world's best black lab, named PJ. (It stands for Pinky Java. Long story.) She's getting old and creaky, though, and I know she'll probably be gone in the near future, so I tell her I love her every chance I get. (Which relates to the fact that, ever since I was little, I have always talked to cats and dogs when I was alone just in case they were secretly really intelligent and remembering stuff for the afterlife. Which relates to me believing that after we die, good stuff happens to the decently mediocre folks, and you only get retribution if you're really nasty. I'm Christian in a sort of hang-loose way.)
Getting back to the thread of pets (remember that?) we also have a tank of fish with a high turnover rate. My dad is a serial killer of aquatic animals. We tell him to stop, but no...

Anyway, I was always a huge reader, which is what made me into a huge writer from an early age- I wrote my first 100+ page novel in first grade. (Finished it, too.) I wrote more and more from there, and I'm still writing. I don't need to get anything published just yet- I just see it as practice for the future, like someone who runs every day for a marathon.

I'm gay, and the only reason I haven't told my parents was because they'd probably try to have a Long Meaningful Talk about it, which to me would be like having a LMT about being straight. It's just not necessary.
I'm slowly but surely making it public knowledge with my friends, though, because I don't want to be one of those guys who goes through high school all sulky and closeted (or dateless).

    I want:
to be an English teacher when I grow up, because my hero is the world's coolest English teacher; to write and publish stories at some time in my life, although I don't need to make a living off of it; to go to a high school event with another guy; to go to college somewhere far away from home, not because I don't like my home (I love it!) but just because I love to travel; and to tour the UK.

I'm not done at all, but for the sake of this post...I'm done.

I think me and you could be friends. Ha, my dad was in the army for 20 years, I love christian music (I have the cd to that song), and I love having animals.

    Alright, this is cool.

I'm 15, and my name's Jon. I'm in High School, and I plan on going to University of Maryland, unless I become a famous author before that. :p

I love writing and reading, mainly fantasy, but I've read some science fiction. I like manga and anime, but I'm not obsessed like some people...even though my avatar is from one... I like Death Note, Naruto, and Bleach.

Anyway, I started writing in 6th grade, and by 7th I finished an 85 page book. Although it was written in notebook paper, and now looking back on it, it's pretty bad and cliche. I'm writing a book now, and I have about eight chapters done.

I like listening to music, and I pretty much bring my MP3 player everywhere I go. My favorite bands are Breaking Benjamin, Three Days Grace, and Nickelback.

I like video games also, and I'm a huge Nintendo fanboy, owning pretty much all Nintendo systems. I love the video game series Fire Emblem, Mario, Legend of Zelda, Pokemon, Final Fantasy, and more.

    So...yeah...

Really? That's awesome! In the past few years I have learned what people mean when they say, "Small world." :D

My name is me. And Michael.

I am 16. I live in Clinton, Illinois. In a house.

I live with my father and my mother in the same house. I have a sister named Jane Eyre Wickenhauser. My father is a math professor at the University of Illinois, and my mother was my english teacher this past year.

I want to be a math and/or teacher when I grow up because I love those subjects, and I love teaching them. I teach algebra and English Lit over the summer to incoming sophomores wanting to get credit for it early.

I adore William Shakespeare. I have read every single one of his plays more thanonce. Except Pericles, which I have only read once. I strongly believe that he had little to do with that play.

Anyway, I love music. I play the oboe, clarinet, saxophone, trombone, drumset, and mandolin for school band.

I am bisexual. I recently acquired a girlfriend named Carlee, who is pretty awesome. We are going on a date tomorrow to Dollar General.

My favorite movement in literature is during the Expatriate movement, especially the era of voriticism in europe from 1914-1917. I consider myself a very devout vorticist. I have another philosophy, sort of like Ayn Rand's but less egotistical, called Actualism.

My favorite holidays during the year are: November 5 (Guy Fawkes Day) and October 30 (Ezra Pound's birthday.)

Okay then, hi I'm Amy and I'm 32. I will be 33 on the 9th (Oh crap, I'm gettin old!) I live in a white house in Maryland with my hubby and three boys. I have been writing for forever and reading even longer. I love my stinky, nasty, boys and I'm including hubby here. I love books of all makes and sizes. I love movies, but like my books, they must have happy endings, its my only criteria.
My fav movies are, well hello LOTRings naturally, and yep Star Wars (This is so my hubby don't kill me. Actually I really do like it, just don't tell him.) and I simply can't forget Rudy (Oh...*sighs*)
I love music of all kinds, believe me I'm not that picky (My son frequently steals my I-Pod to listen to my music...thats kinda sad isn't it.) I think mostly, if it (books, movies and songs) tells a good story, I will love it.

I dislike summertime, because it's hot and sweaty and there are bugs everywhere and they usually find there way to me. I know some people are gonna hate this, but I'm sorry I just like the cold.
I don't like it when my husband says 'whatever' to me, because now my oldest son says 'whatever' to me. This is just wrong on so many counts.

I'm going to shut up now and say bye bye. ...Everyone is breathing a sigh of relief right now aren't they?
